Welcome to the Veterans of the First Engineer Combat Battalion's Home page! This web site is dedicated to all who have served in the oldest and most decorated Engineer Battalion in the Unites States Army. Our purpose is to tell the story of our great battalion and to bring together former and current members of the "Always First Battalion." Each member of the battalion shares in its rich history and tradition regardless of what time frame or capacity he or she served. We have a special bond that few are ever able to experience. Membership is open to anyone who served in the First Engineer Battalion during any period.
